The purpose of this survey is to obtain information from members about their experience with the workers compensation system.
There are three parts to this survey:
- Is about workers compensation premiums.
- Is about your experience with the current claims management system (assuming you’ve had a workers’ compensation claim made against your business in the past 5 years).
- Contains open-ended questions giving you the opportunity to first of all, tell us about any general concerns you have with the workers compensation system which aren’t covered by the questions in parts 1 or 2 and secondly, to include any questions you would like us to direct to icare.
Survey Open Date: Tuesday, 20th of June, 2017.
Survey Close Date: Tuesday, 4th of July, 2017.
The responses will not only add to the questions we are asking icare but will also help shape our submissions for when we lobby government to make improvements to the design of the system.
We have included sections for you to provide your contact details if you are happy for Elizabeth Greenwood, Policy Manager, Workers Compensation, WHS and Regulation to contact you to get more details about your circumstances or concerns.
In total, the survey should take no longer than 5 to 10 minutes (even shorter if you haven’t had a claim made against your business in the past 5 years).
